RELIGION
One of the ways with which Ego experiences spiritualism is called religion.
Natural need of every person for spiritualism, during human history the society is realized through the religion, which is - as a product of Ego, within it contained the most of elements which are necessary for the power establishing and keeping, of course, it is copied and adopted at the area of spiritualism.
This is the most obviously in that every religion itself state, that it is the only one and the real represent of spiritualism at the earth, while other religions are wrong and false. Unfortunately, this attitude - accepted by the believers of all religions, during history was the cause of the mass hate, conflict and mutually wars. Its basic intention is reflecting in establishing of domination and the power above the other individuals or groups, by own religion imposition.
Generally, religion represents the group of ideas customized in a hard thoughtful pattern, assisted by strong emotional charge and maintained with daily rituals and customs.
Such a shaped system makes those we call religion.
Believers, Priests, Monks
All those who belong to particular religion, we can classify in three groups:
Believers, Priests and Monks.
Believers
Believers represent the biggest group within every religion and their personal experience of spiritualism is often very modestly or it is entirely absent, because many are approaching to religion due of traditional or social reasons to confirm on such a way their affiliation and devotion to the group they belong to.
Attributes of believers
It's the fact that sense of spiritualism at believers in most cases isn't bigger, and many times neither smaller than the feeling of spiritualism at the some other spiritual groups or atheists. Unfortunately, as believers experience religion through the process of Ego's personal identification, on that way they - especially over Emotional Ego expose the attributes which make them remarkable such are:
- Domination - As a way of power establishing over the other person, believers many times try to impose to the believers within own religion, other religions, spiritual groups or to atheists, a feeling or lower value or at least a feeling of guilt / sin, to establish and keep own power and control over them on such a way.
- Intolerance against believers of other religions, who are experienced as their directly opponents, which in time mostly transforms into open antagonism and conflicts.
- Emotional aggressiveness is once more remarkable attribute of believers. Every input of doubt or impeachment of any part of their religion, at believers provoke increased emotional aggressiveness, directed to unbeliever.
- Hate - Religion serves to many believers as an ideal cover for manifestation of aggregated hate, in this case directed toward believers of opposite religion, which in time gives them status of prominent fighter for the faith.
Priests
Depending of differences within every religion, the priest's way of life can be reciprocally differed - beside realizing of daily rituals and customs regulated by the rules of own religion, the priests are making their lives which are, in some parts, similar with lives of many believers: - some of them are going to be married so then they establish the family, they possess private property, material fortunes and jewelry, be educated on civil universities, they are occupied by humanitarian and social work, they participate in public life and so on.
Hence, depending of all mentioned, personal feeling of spirituality of every priest can differ considerably.
Monks
The way of monasticism consists of three degrees such are: Neophyte, Monk and Ascetic.
Neophyte
Neophyte can be any member of particular religion (or convert) who shows desire for monkish life and that possibility is opened for all who want that, regardless of kind of life they had before they acceded into the order.
Probation represents necessary phase of checking when candidate became aware of requirements and challenges in the life of the monk, so many of them just then realize that the monasticism represents hard and long way of material and sensually abdications, daily examination of holly scripts, realizing or rituals and customs and realizing of fasting, confessions and prayers.
Because of that, some of them give up of probation, finding nothing what they expected - easy and quick way to the God.
Monk
As a result of daily and multi decade dedication to spiritual development, mostly of monks through the fasting, confessions and prayers mainly succeed to clean and release themselves of personal traumas, exceed negativism and influence of its Ego, and establish hard connection with spirituality.
Of course, it doesn't mean that all of them who became monks are, at the same time, highly spiritual, because even among them there can exist huge differ in personal experience of spirituality, which can be in a range from spirituality understanding at the way of some believer, up to those who achieved the state which is close to illumination.
Ascetic
When monk achieves highly state of spiritual cognition and extrication from Ego, then he - to provide necessary peace to himself, at many cases be physical separated of other monasticism and become an ascetic.
Acetic is - due to intensive experience of personal freedom, released of everything what for him at any way represents some kind of rule, pattern or any other form of Ego's activity, so now he starts to experience spirituality at the most spontaneously and the most natural way, without any own willingly or thoughtfully influence on it.
This absence of any targeted activity, even absence in a direction of further own spiritual development, automatic makes in him hard state of strong and persistently feeling of spirituality - state of Experience, which in time unperceivably grows into Illumination.
* * *
It's interesting that many people who consider themselves as great believers, don't feel desire for confirmation of that faith and love toward their religion, and through the monasticism and asceticism - as the only way for spiritual development, to be joined with a God.
Religion and the State
Relationship between religion and state, many times is filled with tensions and with struggle for the power, however, during decades and hundred years of collective life, religion and the state principally are succeeded to establish friendly and reciprocally useful relationship.
Religion is - to survive, its influence always directed toward the benefits of the state, while the state - as a favor done in return, gave and protected "rights" for that religion to be the only one to whom is allowed to deal with spirituality.
This attitude is still valid for those states in which religion at the same time practices the role of the state, and partly also in those post-communist countries, where official religions aren't agreeable to divide "own" right on spirituality, with other religions and movements directed to spirituality.
Religion and the Power
Although they originally appeared as spontaneous form of association of spiritual seekers with a goal of achieving Illumination and join with God, religions are transformed very quickly into organizations with a goal of imposition own religious understandings as the only correct way of thinking and behaviour of people, establishing of own reign over the civilian society and expanding of own religion over the whole world.
This aspiration of religion toward the power, through the history represented a cause of huge suffering of population, from which neither region of Balkan wasn't spared.
500 years long occupation of Balkan countries prepared and hidden by the false conquest for liberation of The Holy Land, emerged as a consequence of an agreement of two religions and their exchange of intelligence data, and celebrated by the common theater play - siege of Vienna, after that World War One, then World War Two with exhaustive imagined costume design of Third Reich, just as the last war cause by decomposition of Yugoslavia, as a basic criteria of antagonism had religious and racial affiliation of population.
What consequences for the human kind had all those wars is redundantly to mention.
Religion and Freedom
Period where religion at the same time represented a state, was always a period of great limitation of human rights and period of generally retrogression of society.
Human necessity for a change, further evolution and new cognitions in all areas of life, religion is always experienced as an enemy activity addressed to disintegration of its power. Every thinking which wasn't agreed with valid religious education was repressed and announced as antagonistic, and that person was persecuted, arrested and in many cases even killed.
Unfortunately, the condition of freedom and human rights in these countries is still on the middle age level.
Complete deprivation and humiliation of women and children, non existence of religious freedom and proclamation of capital punishment in the case of public creed of different religion, pronounced racism, homophobia, low level of education and general culture, cruel and downgrading regard towards animals, complete absence of even the most basic elements of democracy and many more, represent reality in which more then a half of the entire humanity lives.
Unfortunately, the leading and at the same time countries with the highest degree of civilized development, seem to, for their own reasons, consciously support this unfortunate condition in those countries, often directing them to a conflict with another countries, all that for achieving their own economic as well as military goals.
In these countries, the raising of the level of human rights, freedoms and general culture, and their equalization with the civilized level which is existent in free and democratic countries would probably have to be the more important goal, then the meaningless and absurd goal of constitution of absolute power over the entire planet.
* * *
Although during history, religions often were provocative of mostly conflicts and wars, yet we don't have to consider them as exclusive perpetrators. Some thought that with disappearing of religions would result with finally termination of all conflicts and wars worldwide, so that probably doesn't befit to the reality.
Inasmuch - occasionally, religions stop to exist, that phenomenon wouldn't lead to bigger understanding among the people and peace worldwide. In absence of those, big world wars, with millions of death would be maintained among, let us say, football and basketball fans, between folk singers and rap musicians or among any two or more groups of people, grouped by some criteria of Ego, which make them so close and essentially different of the other groups.
Ego is the real cause, religions are just a mechanism which it use for its goals realizing.
